Kindrel is a start-up disability service provider based on the southern Gold Coast. We are not yet open for business. Kindrel is still conducting research to ensure our programs meet service-gap needs.

We are building best-practice programs to be flexibly implemented by interprofessional teams. Kindrel has suites of resource materials and scheduling support to create consistency in content, faces and places.

Kindrel will embed validated outcome measures, such as the COPM and GAS, into our everyday service model to generate person-centred data.

• Respite STA (short term accommodation)

• OT-led cooking and tenancy skills workshops

• Mobile FCA, SIL and SDA assessments

• Dignity-of-risk informed frameworks

• Skill-specific session plans e.g. open-question practice

• After-school psychosocial support groups 

• Lvl 1-6 autism capacity building workshops 

• Job-ready skills certification attainment support 

• Medium- and long-term programs aligned with goals

• Facilitation of informed interprofessional care
